Returns (Online)
Our returns policy is valid for online purchases only for 14 days from the date of your purchase. If 14 days has expired then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund/exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and remain in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the labels attached. Please contact us on boutique@byvee.co.uk if you wish to return your purchase.
Please note, we do not cover the cost for your returns and would recommend returning your items through Royal Mail using the ‘signed for’ method of delivery. It is advisable to keep hold of your tracking number until we have received your return and refund has been issued.
